What if I can't make "live sessions?"
We design our courses to be highly interactive, offering you opportunities for real-time engagement, personalized guidance, and meaningful collaboration with both trainers and fellow participants. These are not pre-recorded webinars but dynamic live learning experiences that adapt to your needs.
If you anticipate missing more than 25% of the sessions, we recommend waiting for a future course offering to ensure you get the full benefit of the program. That said, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of the best-laid plans! For any session you’re unable to attend, a recording will be made available to help you stay on track with the course content. While recordings can’t replicate the live interaction, they’re a valuable resource for catching up and continuing your learning journey.

To accommodate participants across the US, we typically schedule sessions in the late afternoons EST, ensuring accessibility for those in different time zones. It’s a dynamic, collaborative environment where you’ll not only learn from our expert trainers but also gain insights from peers navigating challenges and opportunities just like you.
How much time should I set aside for this course?
In addition to the scheduled live session hours outlined in each course description, our courses include approximately four hours of hands-on application activities. These may take place in a group format or through one-to-one coaching, providing opportunities to deepen your learning and apply concepts to real-world scenarios.
Between sessions, you may also have pre- and post-workshop assignments. These are designed to enhance your understanding and typically require no more than one hour of your time per session. Our goal is to make these assignments meaningful and manageable while complementing your learning experience.
What if I have accessibility needs?
We are committed to ensuring our courses are accessible to all participants. Sessions are closed-captioned to support individuals with hearing needs. If you require additional accommodations, such as materials in alternative formats or scheduling adjustments, please contact us in advance so we can discuss your specific needs and make every effort to provide suitable support.
Can I ask for additional support during the course?
Absolutely! If you’re looking for extra personalized coaching and application support during the course, we offer exclusive discounted coaching bundles for enrolled participants. These sessions are designed to deepen your learning and help you apply course concepts directly to your unique goals and challenges.
Can my organization transfer my enrollment?
If you are registered for a course but are unable to complete it, you may transfer your enrollment to another member of your team with permission from the course instructor. To do so you must email the course instructor with an explanation of the circumstances and the requested replacement's registration information.
Will I receive a certificate from this?
Yes, participants who engage fully with all course content—whether through live attendance or by completing recordings, quizzes, and required coursework—will receive a certificate of completion for every course we offer. Full engagement includes interacting with all components of the course to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
For certification programs, participants must pass an exam with a score of 80% or higher to earn their certificate.
Additionally, most of our courses are eligible for SHRM professional development credits.
Are there any referral discounts?
Yes! We greatly value referrals and are thrilled to offer a 10% discount on your next course enrollment for every new participant you refer.
To ensure you receive the referral discount, simply have the person you refer list your name and email address in their registration form at the time of enrollment. Once their registration is confirmed, we’ll apply the discount to your next course enrollment.
There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so feel free to spread the word and enjoy even more opportunities to enhance your learning journey!
What is the refund policy?
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join our courses! If you need to cancel before the course begins, we offer a full refund—no questions asked.
Once the course starts, we understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way. While we don’t offer full refunds after the course begins, we do provide partial refunds on a prorated basis.

Leading for Change Series
Join for One, or Join for Them All
Our Leadership Equity + Accountability Practice (LEAP) Leading for Change Series are 3h workshops that run every month (except for December and July). Each session covers a different foundational concept.
You can sign up for one individual session, or sign up for the series. Enrollment flows on a rolling basis, so whenever you sign up, you will start the following session.
